Pannell Property Improvement  routinely services the north and central Alabama regions. South Alabama and surrounding states will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to travel costs. Email or call to find out if your project is located in our service area or to discuss travel costs to your location. 


We hope so! Our services are vast! You will find a general list of our services on our home page. However, this is not an all inclusive list as each project is individualized and no two projects are the same. We can discuss on site consultations, phone consultations, and virtual consultations. 


Pannell Property Improvement charges an hourly rate with a 4 hour minimum. Per hour rates are based on travel requirements, fuel prices, and difficulty of access to site. Full payment will be expected at completion of project. Percentage of payment may be required periodically throughout a project if expected to extend beyond one day's time. Pannell Property Improvement strives to offer accurate quotes prior to start of project. Our goal is to complete the project within quoted time frame or less. Unforeseen circumstances that prolong a project and increase costs can occur. 


Land owner should locate water and utility lines  within their property parameters prior to start of project. Roadside utilities within county/state right of ways can be located by calling 8-1-1: Call Before You Dig. Pannell Property Improvement is here to help with this process as needed.
